Dear Carolina,

Thank you very much for arranging our trip to
Machupicchu and the Amazon (Heath River Lodge and Sandoval Lake) in
Peru. We had an incredible time .

Both guides, Jose Angel for Machupicchu and Julian Serrer for the
Amazon, were extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about
the history of both areas as well as the flora, fauna, and wildlife of
their respective areas. I would like to especially compliment Jose
Angel and the team of 8 porters, including the cook Mauro, who helped
make our hike to Machupicchu one of the most fulfilling and satisfying
trips we have ever been on.

I would also like to give high praise to Julian who could spot jungle
animals by sound alone. With his guidance, we spotted capybaras, four
species of monkeys, caimans, and even a jaguar.

Finally, thank you for helping us via email in adding on our trip to
Machupicchu and ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

Also, I would like to thank Courtney and TIES for introducing is to
Inkanatura and its work in Peru.

We would highly recommend Inkanatura to our friends and family.

Our trip to Machu Picchu through InkaNatura was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The trip planning was painless and easy. Once we arrived in Peru our transfers were easy and timely… there was someone waiting for us every step of the way. Our guide was the best we could have ever asked for, very knowledgeable and passionate about Machu Picchu. We highly recommend the trip!

Had a fabulous time on the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu. July 24-27. There were 13 of us, mostly from Hawaii and some from California.
Guide was Olger and assistant (freelancer), Herman.
The porters were amazing! Maria was the ground connection and very
accommodating, organized and warm. A wonderful trip...everything I had
hoped and so much more.

Good afternoon;

We recently had the pleasure of traveling to Peru and to Manu Wildlife
Center for 4 days. Michael, your Cusco facilitator was absolutely a
delight. He was personable, informative, professional and took very good
care of us. I forgot a flashlight and he offered his very own! I was so
touched by this gesture!

Jose Antonio was our guide in Manu. We couldn't have asked for anyone
better! He was extremely knowledgable of the wildlife, plant life and the
Amazon ecosystem. He was pleasant, professional and extremely enthusiastic.
We felt very well cared for while under his direction. Manu was probably
the highlight of our trip and we will never forget it.

Michael and Jose Antonio were wonderful and I just wanted you to know!

I wanted to thank you again so much for accommodating us and fitting our reservation in. We returned to the States only a couple of days ago but I wanted to make sure I got the chance to email you.

As you know our trip started out a bit rough with the delayed arrival into Lima missing all of our connecting flights and our trip with InkaNatura. After I spoke with you, the pieces fell into place. Thank you so much for fitting our reservation in, most of all with your company. The lodge was more then we expected and my husband was very impressed with the accommodations. He did not expect something as nice and manicured as the Sandoval lodge. The food was amazing and very tasty! The portions were huge and I was unable to eat everything, but it all was very, very good. I was so impressed by our guide, David. He was very knowledgeable, personable and patient because I know we asked a lot of questions! I was not expected a guide for such a small group either. It made it that much better. I was also impressed by the amount of time the guides spend with everyone. The travel from the airport to the boats and lodge were very efficient. Everyone that I have encountered with your company from all levels of the staff was very accommodating. I can not express how glad I am that I was able to have my experience in that portion of Peru with InkaNatura. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. We were 100% satisfied, probably more with what we did and saw.

Carmen, I just wanted to thank you again for your help. If you had not been able to fit us in last minute, I know we wouldn’t have been able to have this amazing experience. Anyone that I know how plans to travel that part of the county, trust me I will be sending them your way!
