RATES

Rates are listed in American Dollars and include the taxes and service charge for Non-residents in Peru.
Hotels rates are per room per night.
Tour rates are per person unless we specified a different option.
Prices are subject to change without previous notice.

As Peru is becoming a popular country for tourists, we recommend planning your visit in advance.

HOTEL PURCHASES

Reservations

• We offer different options in the most popular cities in Peru.
• You have to inform us the hotel of your preference and we will book it. If this hotel does not have space we will inform you of an alternative option.
• The confirmation for the hotel will be sent by email.
• Once your hotel is confirmed you have at least 72 hours to reconfirm and pay your booking.
• Some hotels ask for a prepayment at the time of the booking to guarantee the room. If this is the case and we will request for that prepayment to confirm the room and the special policy of cancellation of that hotel.

In the case of cancellation of services with more than one week of anticipation, a 5% administrative fee will be charged.

In the case of cancellation of services with one week of anticipation, We will charge or the no show of a client at the beginning of the contracted services, the signatory must pay the following cancellation fees:

1. The entire cost of the first night of hotel accommodations plus the costs of the following nights that InkaNatura Travel SRLtda pre-paid or are requested by the hotel; InkaNatura Travel SRLtda will make the corresponding separation of all costs.
2. Administrative costs and any other cost that InkaNatura Travel SRLtd. has incurred 5%.

Cancellations during Fair/Exhibition periods will be notified at the time of the booking.

TOUR PURCHASES

Reservations
We offer different options in the most popular cities in Peru, from conventional tours, adventure and nature tours.
The confirmation for the tour requested will be sent by email including the itinerary, dates, information tips and predeparture information for nature programs and any relevant cancellation conditions which will apply

Cancellation and Penalties
There will be no refund for portions of tour or packages not used due to passengers decision
In the case of cancellation of services with one week of anticipation or the no show of a client at the beginning of the contracted services, the signatory must pay the following cancellation fees.

• The entire cost of the services that had been arranged (Airline Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.) and other types of pre-arranged services.
• In the case of the services referred to in the rainforest packages, one must take into consideration the terms and conditions detailed in our programs.
• Administrative costs and any other cost that InkaNatura Travel SRLtd. has incurred.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a letter or email.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

1. InkaNatura is responsible for proving all the services, tour packages and accommodations as confirmed and listed in our website.
2. Inkanatura reserves the right to alter the program.
3. It is important to mention that InkaNatura work by and for the client and it will look for the best for its clients not only when they book or travel also when for reasonable situation they have to cancel.
4. Last minute bookings will be accepted but you must be alerted that there is the possibility that we will not get space at the hotel or tour that you need.
5. Passport, visa, and health requirements for you and your party is your responsibility. We do recommend you to obtain a travel insurance against cancellation and medical coverage.
