Dear Ms Guevara,

Believe it or not, I never forgot about sending you some pictures from our Inka Trail/Machu Picchu trip with InkaNatura on 06-10NOV12. It took me until MAR13 to edit a definitive "photo album" from the best of my pictures, and those of Sue, and Kim & Drew. Then I was gone for 3 months in Europe ...

Anyway, I did want to say that, thanks to InkaNatura, this trek was the most luxurious hike I've every been on. On a practical level, the creature comforts were excellent; and the food provided deserves special mention. If there was a downside to the later it was the difficulty with getting going again after a hearty and enjoyable lunch! Trekking poles where a most useful addition and your sleeping bags and tents kept us warm and dry.

It was so nice not having to worry about setting up or breaking camp; I almost felt a little guilty that the porters were doing all "our" work. Still, the hike was strenuous enough and I certainly appreciated all their efforts. Finally, a special mention for Juan Carlos, our guide, who shared his knowledge and insights of Inka history and culture to bring them alive. All this plus keeping us out of trouble on the trail and taking care of our various aches and pains. I found InkaNatura to be a first class operation and well worth every penny.
