What is a Pisco Sour?

This drink got its name because it’s made with Peruvian Pisco as the base liquor. Pisco is the national spirit of Peru. And the sour is in reference to the sour citrus juice it’s mixed with. It’s made with fresh lemon or lime juice, cane syrup, ice, egg white and Angostura bitter.

Its climate is warm and pleasant all year round with an average temperature between 59 F° and 73 F°, for its traditional altitude gives us mild days.
